Nocchi is a small village with distant origins, dating back to 818 AD, located right along the ancient route of the Via Francigena, which retains all the charm of Tuscan peasant villages and jealously guards the treasures of an illustrious past.

If you continue to explore with curiosity, it may happen that you come across a majestic wrought iron gate framed by two large brick columns embellished with stone mosaics that act as a shield for an unexpected scenario. When you enter the gate and walk up the avenue bordered by an ancient box hedge, you find yourself captivated by the façade of an imposing villa.

"The villa is located in the midst of greenery, outside of the chaotic seaside resorts, perfect for a relaxing holiday, furthermore the beach can easily be reached by car in 20/25 minutes. Entering the villa it seems like a leap into the past, what's more the staff were absolutely kind and friendly, making us feel at home. the rooms are very spacious and equipped with all comforts. The garden, including the swimming pool, is impressive. Italian breakfast, with very good products, is excellent."
